Step 2: Gently clean and dry the wound and surrounding skin. Step 3: Remove dressing from pouch. Step 4: Remove and dispose of both backing papers from the dressing, taking care to handle the dressing by the edges only. Note: Excess jelly will remain on the backing papers. Step 5: Gently place the dressing over the wound in a single layer. Step 6: If necessary cover the dressing with an absorbent secondary dressing.
