Also contains Ruta graveolens, traditionally used in homeopathic medicine to reduce muscle cramps and tension. Arnica Magnesium+ Pain Relief Spray uses MicelleMag+ a technology exclusive to Brauer. An innovative process that micronises magnesium into a micelle to make it 7x smaller than standard magnesim.
