General Information Provides Iron and Vitamin C supplementation. Each capsule contains six iron modified release mini-tablets and one immediate release ascorbic acid mini-tablet. Warnings Do not take this product for more than 12 months except on medical advice. Do not give to children under 12 years of age or to children over 12 years of age weighing less than 44 kg. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AS IRON OVERDOSE CAN BE FATAL. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains lactose. Store below 25°C ALWAYS READ THE LABEL. Children (12 years of age and over, weighing over 44 kg) and adults: Take one capsule daily or as directed by your physician. Do not crush or chew the capsules.
